Mental health information is everywhere. Still, when someone you care about is struggling, it can be hard to find guidance that speaks to your role.
Much of what you find is written for clinicians, focused on diagnosis, or too general to help you think through what to say, what to do, how much to carry, and what may not be yours to solve.
These courses are different.
The Perspective Place offers non-clinical, self-paced courses for adults supporting someone through mental health challenges, addiction, grief, crisis, or a tangle of other complex life circumstances. Each course focuses on the supporter’s side of the experience -offering options, skills, and perspectives that may help you respond with more care and flexibility.
